  No one wants to take responsibility of work, discussed with a girl about the landlord sending someone to put up the dryer yesterday and today got served by the girl sitting next to her where she said aloud ‘let’s see what happened with that I thought someone requested that to be done already’ the girl that said she’d do something about it yesterday heard it and totally ignored her and pretended not knowing anything about our situation.

  But, after a few months, we had some bigger problems and those took a while to fix. Not because the job itself took a while, but because of all the back and forth we had to do with them in order to make sure something was being done about it. I had two situations where upon calling them to inquire, I was basically scolded for not following protocol. I was scolded about the same thing twice. This was even after I had followed protocol and had explained this to them.

  These guys are good to deal with, always got my bond back when renting. They have a simple payment system and they are responsive and considerate.

  We also had a terrible experience moving out. We incurred many problems, some our fault, but some their fault as well. At one point, I had worker tell me that we need get this done with (in a frustrating tone).

  Moving in with these guys is easy and they'll treat you so well when you are looking to sign a lease, but as soon as that happens the service stops, then when the eventual day comes that you have to move out from your rental property they send over a special inspector, not like the routine inspectors. A lady who's job is to find reasons to get the bond off good tenants who have tried to work to keep it. Dust in hidden places where no one else thought to look could end up costing you more than $1000 ("their professional cleaner") , it was a nightmare to move out. It dosen't matter that we cleaned for hours our selves (my roommate and me) or that we paid the $500 for the professional bond cleaning with steam cleaning and all, they will still try bully you out of your bond, unless you do what we did and contact RTA and QTAC and fight them, which they instantly buckle as soon as it comes to the fight and they release all the bond because they know that they can't win when they are so wrong, I was lucky I got my bond back.   We’ve been able to speak to most of the girls there at front, and not one of them has given us professional and sufficient assistance, like they’re always too busy for people.

  Rented with this firm for a number of years across several properties and couldn't recommend them higher if you were an owner of multiple properties. If you're a prospective tenant though, there are much better property managers out there who will actually maintain properties and conduct inspections with a level of integrity. Save yourself the inevitable angst. Individual tenants have little voice with these people but a raft of empty properties might make a noise. Steer clear!

  We stayed at one of their properties for a few months. The place itself was nice, and in a good location. At first, the customer service was good. If we had an issue, we just called them up and they would help us solve it right away.
