Went to the Townsville Stockland to duplicate my car key. Has some problem with my key and I've contacted them through Facebook, and they've got back to me really soon, and I am really happy with their service! The owner of Mister Minit even gave me a call personally to rectify the problem. 110% happy customer and I got everything sorted! Ignore the 1-star comment, they totally worth the price they've charged. Don't go anywhere else, they are the only place I will go in future for key!

Great customer service. Had some dramas with a hip flask purchased from there (manufacturers defect) and they swapped it out and re engraved it straight away. Very professional and do a very good job.

They broke my watch - I took it in working but losing a little time for a new battery. When I picked it up they said "Ïts dead". Refused to acknowledge it was their fault but admitted they only know how to change a battery. Rude and abrupt. Avoid this place in case they break your watch too!
