  I am very disappointed with this type of behaviour and surprised why people aren't trained properly at such a store who are full of good people too..

  I bought my frameless glasses from this store and served very well by every customer service person but this time Kylie tried to convince me that these glasses are very old & can't be done.. She tried to ask irrelevant question in trying to get rid of me instead of thinking or trying to repair loose frame.

  Really happy with the after purchase care, customer service and eyetests. Both my wife and I have purchased two sets of glasses each from this store. Through everyday use I have had cases break, lost screws and a lens cracked but these guys have helped me out, without complaint, every time. Keep it up

  I pointed out that multi focal means more than one, bi focal was more than one so the advertised special was misleading.
