    My girlfriend went to this place and it was definatly a professionFAIL. Terrible work and complained about having to fix their own mistakes.

    I got SNS done for the first time here. They charged me $70 which I thought was too much so I didn’t plan to go there again. The salon I wanted to go to today was closed so I went back to Professionail and asked how much it would cost to get SNS with tips (exactly the same as I got the last time). The manager told me it would be $55. I told him that last time I got the same thing I was charged $70 and he told me I was in the wrong and they don’t make mistakes. I asked if I could get a discount as I was overcharged the first time and he said no. I told him I wouldn’t be getting my nails done there again.
