    Terrible, my roots needed to be bleach but it was left with noticeable ring being done improper making the color uneven which wasn't even the desired color. Not only that, one employee said to other employees that the money was not mine and it was rather my father paying for it when I worked for it myself; is this how they gain the trust of clients? The price was around $205 as my first visit special, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here with naturally dark hair.

    One particular staff memeber was rude and abnoxious, when I asked her help about bleach and toner she threw her degree in my face and refused to help. I asked her what 'toner' she recommended and she gave me a permanent colour instead. I wouldn't reccomend going to this store at all considereing the staff currently working there.
