  The only good thing about the place is the barista - the coffee is good considering its a bit more expensive than most places. However, the lady that served us today and has done so before was impolite, rude, and made it seem as if she was doing us a favour. Very unimpressive.

  It can be very busy at times and if you can forgive small mistakes and unintentional moments where service may appear poor underneath you find a staff group that contains friendly hard working people who try and provide the best quality service they can.

  As a recent refugee from Gloria Jeans shutdown i presented myself on regular basis at Milk Expresso spending various lengths of time there on a daily basis from 1 hour to several hours.I also believe a new manager has taken over.

  Terrible coffee! Very slow service even when it's quiet, constantly messing up orders.

  In a short period of time the new manager has improved the dinning environment with new chairs and flowers on the table and is very approachable and listens to any feedback you may have and has shown on numerous occasions the ability to cater for individual preferences where required.There has also been a staggering improvement with the floor staff who can be attentive when engaged and the steady improvement continues although this standard is hard to maintain when busy.

  My experiences initially were biased by my own high expectations and found service and quality of environment to be sub par and i did not find it an enjoyable experience.

  Coffee was ok, but nothing special. Food is ok for a quick bite but a little pricey for the quality.
