  Called the store to explain the issue as to ask if it was covered under warranty as the lamp was only 1 week old. Was advised by staff to bring lamp in to show manager. Manager was away the day I returned to the shop. I left my phone number and lamp and asked for him to contact me to discuss.

  Salt lamp purchased and request to return/exchange item as globe blew and part of the lamp broke exposing a small hole (in the salt) at the base of the lamp.

  When I arrived in the store to collect the new lamp the store manager was again rude, and I left feeling like it was a reluctant exchange and that he believed I lied about the break.

  Two weeks later I contact the store as still no follow up received. I left another message for the Manager as he was not working that day. I called again the next day and the Manager rudely advised me that he had in fact sent me a text message weeks ago. I told him I received no such message which he didn't accept, despite not being able to prove it. He advised me that I could exchange the lamp.

  I have never experienced this kind of passive aggressive customer service before and will never ever purchase anything from this store again. Salt lamps are much cheaper online and the customer service is better!
