  The customer service was ridiculous no manners and absolutely rude couldn't even crack a smile their are heaps of people looking for jobs and you have staff like this.

  I Have been going to the vale for 10 years and will not be back the food was absolutely disgusting the tartare sauce tasted like it was 5 day ago.

  Great for kids with an air conditioned play area. Pub grub quite separate from gaming area.

  The accommodation is not fantastic but it's cheap & the rooms are mostly clean. The cleaning staff are lovely and will always accommodate any requests quickly and to the best of their ability. The vale is close to the townsville hospital, a major shopping center, a good variety of take-away stores and a petrol station. The meals at the vale are very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, a pleasant atmosphere for family and a nice play arae for the kiddies. There is a small gaming area & TAB facility
