    The thing that was so weird about it was that they didn't say they don't have any at the moment or that they don't sell them outright (wasn't what I was asking for). They both specifically said, "...we don't sell iPhones..."

    The manager then entered the room and the guy asked her if they still sell iPhones. She confirmed they didn't.

    This was very strange because then had posters in the front of the store for the iPhone and then even had a working iPhone on display on the counter where I was standing talking to the guy.

    twice told that the plan included international call. I showed the bill, which I got charged. She told me "oh only included text not call". Then she said she cannot do anything about it. No respect at all for costumer money.

    I went into the store in Stockland and a young lady full of life and enthusiasm explained the features of the Samsung Note 8 mobile phone. The young lady owned one herself and showed us a number of great features of the phone. We were really impressed with this assistant and how she had done such a great job explaining things to us 'oldies'. So I called the manager later to pass on my compliments to the store and in particular this young lady. The manager was there but busy so I left my number for her to call back - no call back. I called again and asked to speak to the manager and again the same result with no call back. I did this three times and I have never had a call back despite leaving my number on each occasion. Now I am prepared to accept that the Manager may not have got one of my messages but it would be difficult to believe she didn't get at least one of my three calls. Great staff - not so sure about the Manager as she still hasn't returned my calls. Now for the sad bit - we decided not to go back and we purchased the very same phone elsewhere thanks to the Manager's attitude. I think the staff could train the Manager on how to better treat a customer.

    The reply was, "I don't think we sell iPhones anymore." The guy then checked in a few cupboards and repeated, "No, we don't sell iPhones anymore."

    After calling the store and being told that I could come in to update my old iPhone onto my new one and get it activated I left my work to go in and get it down only to be told that"no that's not right. We can't do that. You have to do that at home. Don't know why you were told that we can because we can't. "
