  The staff did not explain all procedures properly, no towel was provided to cover your body. they don't even have a goggle but some cotton pad and a super tight rubber band on your eyes. (Yes, you can see nothing due to the way they cover and feel very uncomfortable ) quit awkward . and the laser area is not done properly either. kinda rough.
