    I am really disappointed to learn that Commbank is the biggest funder of fossil fuel projects in Australia. Get your act together Commbank - become the people's bank and not the fossils' bank.

    Returned to the branch via an appointment the following day & found they had resolved the problem in my favour, reimbursed me for my inconvenience, & explained the correct procedure for future transactions. This is more like the CBA I remember... Thank you for restoring my faith.
